Who I am, what I do

I am a Business Systems Architect. That means I systemize and automate the operational parts of a company so the people running it can step back and focus on growth instead of grinding.

I have spent close to two decades doing this across three tracks: a private equity firm that acquires and operates companies (Behl Capital), a strategy consultancy that engineers client acquisition for growth-stage businesses (Westernston Consulting), and an independent media outlet that reports global news through the lens of portfolio implications (OVReview). The common thread is a "zero-to-low-risk" approach to growth: unlock value from assets the business already owns rather than betting on new spend.

I have written four books on these themes and continue to publish long-form essays on sales, trust, and attention. I work and travel globally; the work is location-independent on purpose.
