Motion creates emotion

There is one antidote for stress. It’s the same as the only antidote for low self esteem. And feeling bad. And procrastination.

It’s called Action.

When in doubt, act.

When you are not ready, act.

When you’re not feeling like it, act.

When you don’t feel good, act.

When feeling stressed, act.

Motion creates Emotion

To many people just wait for the right time, or the right feeling, or the right situation.

But action, right here and right now is the antidote. No matter what your problem is, acting right now is the solution.

Don’t wait to be confident before acting. Action creates confidence.

If you don’t feel like doing something you gotta do… Just stay doing it. Pretty soon you will find yourself immersed in it.

Carpe Diem
